With an official declaration by the Governor, this week will consist of special events, workshops and activities to help educate, grow, and promote this exciting industry and it’s 10,000+ skilled workers within the state!

Nov 4th, 8:30AM-7:30PM ; Davis Conference Center, Layton, UT
Kickoff Utah’s Advanced Manufacturing Week at the Northern Utah STEM Expo! The Expo is a place for students, teachers, and families from the Davis, Morgan, Ogden and Weber Districts to engage in hands-on demonstrations and workshops, while gaining insight into future science, technology, engineering and math careers and higher education.
Nov 4th, 8:30AM-7:00PM ; SLCC Westpointe Center, Salt Lake, UT
Celebrate Utah Advanced Manufacturing Week at the SLCC Westpointe Center for training information and activities relating to manufacturing opportunities in the Salt Lake Valley. This event will feature hands-on activities, student shadowing, campus tours, career opportunities with local industry partners and information on the Utah Works Program.

UAMMI and SAMPE-Utah are hosting a CrossTalk Dinner & Keynote Event where you can see the latest university research projects, hear presentations from industry experts, and enjoy a fabulous dinner!

Composites One is bringing their experts to Utah to host the “Fly Away with Composites” conference featuring seminars, trainings, workshops, student track, free meals, evening reception and more!

Composites One is hosting a networking reception following the “Fly Away With Composites” workshop earlier that day. Meet and network with industry attendees while enjoying food and drinks!

In conjunction with the Utah Advanced Manufacturing Week, UAMMI and the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) are hosting a Tech Exchange event where Air Force sustainment technology innovators can present their ideas to the AFRL team and identify opportunities for collaboration.
